Service overview: These terms are written to keep ordering expectations direct and easy to review.

Important detail: We prepare standard orders in approximately 1–2 business days before they leave our facility. After dispatch, estimated delivery or transit is 3–5 business days. This estimate is not a guarantee.

Customer action: Shipping availability applies only where a destination and service are offered at checkout. Any free-shipping offer is determined by the terms displayed during checkout. Customers must provide an accurate delivery address, email address, and telephone number.

Review note: Tracking information is supplied when available. Carrier congestion, weather, holidays, address corrections, customs, and other circumstances outside our control can extend the estimate.

Next step: For a delayed, lost, marked-delivered, or damaged parcel, contact us with the order number, checkout email, tracking number, and a description of the issue.
